A few practical steps to play, shape and save your first sound.
Start simply
Open the demo and wait for loading to finish. Enable audio in DANA, select a supported bank, then play the on-screen keyboard at a moderate volume. No MIDI keyboard is required.
No sound?
First check audio activation inside DANA, then the computer’s volume and selected audio output. A visible interface does not mean that browser audio has been enabled. Preserve usable work before reloading.
Prepare a personal sample
Use a copy of a mono 16-bit PCM WAV at 44.1 kHz for the verified initial import. Historical banks and other WAV variants have separate compatibility limits.
Save your work
Export the project from DANA. Keep the exported file outside the browser, along with the original samples and banks. Do not clear browser data until your work is safely exported.
Describe an issue
Note the DANA version shown, your operating system and browser, the exact steps and message. For an import issue, include the extension and file characteristics. Do not send passwords or private data.
